I HAVE A £190,000 mortgage on a house with my ex-partner. The house is worth no more than £150.000 so we are in negative equity. We are £2000 in arrears and cannot keep up the £1000 monthly mortgage repayments - my ex's income has drastically reduced and I earn only £300 per week. We both have got new partners and have let the house for £600 per month so the arrears are increasing. My ex is awful with money snd cannot be relied upon to even open letters/demands. Can I file for bankruptcy?

Hi

Post with more detail. I have saved many repossessions for people - it may not be too late

Hi Laura,

This is a duplicate post, have you any other debts and do you want this house to be repossessed?
