Thank you so much Bigal, that is a huge relief for me, I actually just jumped up with joy when I read that lol, I have to say, you have been so helpful to me and my husband throughout our journey we just can't thank you enough :)

Hi Sarah,
to be honest I wouldn't include anything about the bingo, as if the average was £65 per month it's not even on the radar. What the OR would be interested in would be amounts of £500 per day on credit cards, so don't worry about it.

over a 2 yr period it was probably about £1000 to £1500, I did win too which I banked, some of the transactions on the bank account were what my mum used on the bingo so not all mine, when I did bank off the website we used that money to pay creditors.
So if you calculate it, was probably about £65 a month.

Did you lose money doing this & how much money are we talking?

I have a question regarding this if you don't mind.. I used to play online bingo, not everyday, probably about 2-3 times a week, none of my debt is caused by this as I didn't use credit cards just a debit card.. would I have to declare this on my BR forms? I am in court on 10th Dec.
Thanks

Sarah

No I wouldn't bother. If you had gambling debts that you were including in your BR then these would need to go on the forms but just the odd £5/£10 out of spare cash won't need to be mentioned. This is no different that people doing the lottery each week.
