i have rented items from easy home that i have been paying on and i also have a car that i make payments on just wondering if i were to go bankrupsy will i lose my car and furniture. Im on disability and am being hasled every day by creidters and am verry stressed out. please get back to me and let me know if i would lose my car and furniture if i were to go bankrupcy

Laura,
is easy home the same as brighthouse? goods purchased from them are basically on HP, so as HP contracts normally include a clause that gives the option of the finance company repossessing the goods on bankruptcy, it will essentially as debt info said, be down to easy home whether they do or not. That would be the same for the car as well.

They would not go into the bankruptcy, im afraid it would be entirely down to the companies wether they allow you to continue with the agreements
