My wife has been made bankrupt and we have a holiday home in France which is joint names. Can the receiver force a sale on this. Also the price they are prepared to sell at is nearly 30% below market level. Do I have any say in this matter, as i feel this price is far to low

Hi,
what is the position with the holiday home in France? is it mortgaged, or owned outright, as this will influence the OR, as to how he/she deals with the property
Also, is the petitioning creditor in a majority(i.e. do they have more than 50% of the total liabilities).
