hi my brother and his girlfriend has both gone bankrupt
The house is in joint names and I lent them the money for the deposit the house is in negative equity. Can I buy the beneficial interest in the house ? If so what are the implications of this - thanks

that should cost you £1 for each of their shares of the BI and legal costs ot £211 to the OR
