No, they are for bankruptcy, for an IVA you actually have to speak to an insolvency practitioner.

Have you been advised an IVA already?

I advise you take advice from one of the experts on here or you can visit iva.com or iva.co.uk

no they are not they re for bankruptcy, if you want to go for an IVA you need to contact an Insolvency practitioner who makes the appliction on your behalf.

Given your question though i would be concerned that you have not taken appropriate advice yet, are you sure this the directin you want to go in
