debtinfo	Posted - 31 October 2010 : 11:14:04 no they are not they re for bankruptcy, if you want to go for an IVA you need to contact an Insolvency practitioner who makes the appliction on your behalf. Given your question though i would be concerned that you have not taken appropriate advice yet, are you sure this the directin you want to go in
