Posted - 07 November 2010 : 21:52:33 Hi timtim
your discharge notice stays on the insolvency web site for a period of three months, most if not all of my wifes creditors have accepted this printed copy as correct notification of discharge, so we have not had to go to court and pay the £60

Posted - 07 November 2010 : 10:05:10 Hi
Some creditors will accept the statement on the Insolvency Register that confirms that you are discharged - may be worth trying - it will be on the site for three months after discharge - could sace you £60.00
Good luck, Richard
