Hi.
can someone explain me please how can I get the discharge certificate ?
I have found the form to apply the certificate of discharge.

http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/LOC013_form.pdf

There is written, I have to send this form to the Court in London. But where or when I have to pay the fee ? How can I pay the fee for this certificate ?
Can someone help me please ?

Tanks,
TIM

Hi timtim

your discharge notice stays on the insolvency web site for a period of three months, most if not all of my wifes creditors have accepted this printed copy as correct notification of discharge, so we have not had to go to court and pay the £60

regards Richard

Hi

Some creditors will accept the statement on the Insolvency Register that confirms that you are discharged - may be worth trying - it will be on the site for three months after discharge - could sace you £60.00

Good luck, Richard
