Hi all. Me and my partner went bankrupt in February 2010. Aabout 3 months ago we both recieved income and expenditue forms to fill in again relating to whether we would be discharged early. As of yet we have still heard nothing from the OR's office. My main concern is since I filled new forms in alot of our circumstances have changed. I have gone on maternity leave from work so income has decreased by nearly half and also our child tax credits have gone down by over £100. Shall i jusy wait to hear from the OR or ring them now to inform them of changes.

You may not have heard from the receiver because they have applied for early discharge. I have heard that they do not always let you know with early discharge. I may be wrong so it may be wothwile to check the insolvency resister to see if you are still bankrupt. Just an idea. Hope I am right.

best to let them know if a big change has happened
