I have a indefinite visa with " no time limit on holders stay in the uk" . I want to go bankrupt but am not sure if im classed as uk domicile? Can you advise me please.

on a practical note the OR, judge or court clerk may have to satisfy themselves that you have lived here that long.
have available dated letters showing residency, tax returns, wage slips anything that shows you are a long term resident
also be mindfull about time out of the country in the last year. If you have been away more than you have been here it may generate questions
