Hi I'm 3 yrs into an iva I now have dla mobility allowance, although I know it's extra income should this be included, I currently pay £200 per month because of the increase in my income due to this they gave increased my payments to £287.50. They already have an amount for my travel expenses included in my outgoings. This was done at the beginning of the iva. Can the dla be included legally when reviewing anhydrous increase in payments

You should post this on the IVA forum at http://iva.co.uk/forum/ as the experts there should be able to assist.
