hi
iv'e been advised by 3 credit help companies'
that my only real opion with my debt is to make my self bankrupt.
as a large part of my debt is through gamblinging im worried the courts will not accept my voluntary bankruptcy.
some say they will accept it but put an order on my bankruptcy.
any help would put my mind at ease.
ps im having trouble paying my debts as now so should i cancel any direct debits prior to doing my bankruptcy.

your bankruptcy wont be turned down, as others have said you may be given a BRO which extends the bankruptcy restrictions for between 2 and 15 years
