Posted - 25 November 2010 : 13:35:23 Hi,
My wife and I went bankrupt in Jan 2010. We separated shortly afterwards.I got an ED in September 2010.I don't speak to my wife but noticed she's still bankrupt. Under the new IPA scheme, which will be enforced shortly, If she gets an IPA will I be expected to contribute towards it? I live with my parents and have a job now.
TIA
