My wife and I have just failed an IVA that we have been in for 3 years, I was made redundant 2 years ago and only started working in a permanent position a year ago. We also paid into a debt management scheme for a year before the IVA. We are back where we started 4/5 years ago £36k in debt. Should we rather go bankcrupt?

Hi

BR is certainlyan option to consider.

Why not call one of the financial experts on the left hand side of the page for advice.

If you are looking for specific advice about housing issues, I am happy to offer advice - in which case I ask you to post some details.

Good luck, Richard
