Posted - 28 November 2010 : 00:17:54 My wife and I have just failed an IVA that we have been in for 3 years, I was made redundant 2 years ago and only started working in a permanent position a year ago. We also paid into a debt management scheme for a year before the IVA. We are back where we started 4/5 years ago £36k in debt. Should we rather go bankcrupt?
