Posted - 04 December 2010 : 00:47:24 Hi, I am living in England but I presume it is not continious because as a Bulgarian citizen I don`t have automatic right to work and reside despite I am an EU citizen .Mainly I am spending about 3 months of the year in the Uk.My debts are estimated roughly #163;3000 ,as the biggest is #163;1150 and the smallest is about #163;350 and all come from credit cards from UK banks. All of the debt I have obtained as non-EU citizen from 2002 to 2005(Bulgaria entered the EU in 2007).How does that affecting me? Thanks.
