Posted - 30 December 2010 : 09:35:24 Hi everyone, I have a couple more questions I hope someone can help. We are going to be re assessed at the end of Feb to see if an IPA is applicable, at the moment the OR coulnt assess as our wages are both going to decrease in the next few weeks or so and we arent sure the exact amount until we receive new pay slips. If we arent given an IPA and say in June/July my husband has the oppertunity to work little bit overtime but not on a regular basis do we have to inform the OR and would they ask for the overtime money? Also do you get asked to complete another Income expenditure form before AD? Thanks

There have been posts from other people in similar situations and some ORs have taken 70% of the OR and others 100%. As the Insolvency Service is now on a drive to get as much money as they can from BRs there is a better than average chance that the OR will take all of the OT.

It looks like everyone will now receive an I&E prior to AD, the same as for ED.
