myself and my husband are both bankrupt we still have a son living at home whos nearly 16 . it will be 12 months at begining of january but the recevier has sent us aletter regaurding the equily in our home a relaitive promised us the money £20,000 but has let us down will they give us more time we have kept up payments on our mortgage and we are both employed.we would like to stay in our home are there any other options

How much is the equity in the property, are you both bankrupt, are you dealing with the OR OR a seperate IP as trustee
