Happy New Year.
My wife just obtained her credit report and credit score from experion for the first time and we were suprised to find out that she has the maximum score of 999 (which is great) but we did note that I am showing as an associate on her report 3 times - each of the entries relating to creditors in my bankruptcy back in 2008. (Marks & Spencer and Alliance & Leicester)
I understand that as I am an associate on her credit report this will be seen and taken into account by lenders if she applies for credit in the future - is this correct? Whilst we do not plan getting back into debt - we are planning ahead and will be moving into rental accomodation later this year which will likely entail a credit check on her and i wouldnt want my bankruptcy to affect securing a new home.
Is there any way we can get the 3 entries removed from her credit report? My wife was not a joint account holder on any of my debt with M&S or A&L so I can only think that these entries are somehow linked with my bankruptcy?
That page also has links to the 3 credit agencies that you need to contact.

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.

That's correct. The associations would have been for any joint accounts i.e. loans, bank accounts, etc.
