Posted - 10 January 2011 : 14:33:38 Hi Dun up, if they are going to make you bankrupt, I take it you signed a PG at the time of entering into the contract, and if you did, what assets, etc did you have to support it, in the event of the PG being called in?
As Richard said, they are using the right phrases regarding directors, and in particular their fiduciary duties as a director.

If you need help completing SOA's(statement of affairs) or PIQ's(preliminary information questionnaire) if you've been declared bankrupt, or anything else and you're within 30 miles or so of Warrington, then please contact me via my contact details in the expert page for futher details"

Posted - 08 January 2011 : 13:57:27 Hi Dun up
they are using all the right words to get your attention, some of which in certain cirumstances is correct ! (sorry).
limited companies and directors responsibilities is a back complex area
At this early stage i would suggest speaking to paul at Reviva. actions you take now could have a direct outcome of the future of your company.
good luck Richard |
