Posted - 09 January 2011 : 19:46:13 i have Northern Rock Together mortgage with an unsecured loan off 23k, My parnter and I are currently in the process off making ourselves bankrupt, can i include this unsecured loan into our bankruptcy, How would it effect our Mortgage and could Northern rock try and repossess the house if it was possible

Posted - 10 January 2011 : 07:40:21 Hi there, the unsecured element to Northern Rock is no differnt to your credit cards and would have to be included in your unsecured debts in your bankruptcy.
Once the bankruptcy order is made you would only pay the mortgage element of the monthly payment
