Hi, I'm hoping someone can help at all.
Last May my daughter’s husband just up and left her, he gave no real valid reason but to say he just felt trapped etc. they had only been married the August before.
They have a mortgage and the house is in negative equity to the tune of around 60k and a loan of 10k they took out to get married/honeymoon. (grrr)
Amongst rowing they managed to both continue to each pay half of the mortgage & loan.
3 months later he bullied/blackmailed her to get out of the house so that he could move back in as he was fed up of living with his mum, if she didn’t move out he threatened that he would not pay the mortgage, leading to default/repossession/bankruptcy. At that time she was a prison officer and he knew full well that bankruptcy would mean her loosing her job. (He earns in excess of 30k)
He demanded most of the furniture, kitchen appliances etc using the same threat.
He said he would look to taking on the mortgage, which hasn’t happened.

My daughter got herself a flat but after a couple of months could not afford it and so moved back home to me, her mum, just before Christmas. At this time she stopped paying her half towards the mortgage & loan.

Her health and mental state has suffered badly, being added to when she was left beaten and bruised after an inmate at the prison flipped.
She left the prison service for the offer of a better job, which unfortunately turned out to be a farce.
She is now without a job, miserable and contemplating bankruptcy.

(I am having to post this in 2 parts re word restriction)
