Posted - 22 January 2011 : 10:15:14 Hi Debt Management companies & IVA companies are not registered with the FSA.
The FSA ( soon to be abolished by the government ) registers companies involved in investments, banking and advice on such topics.
To be a debt management company, you need to have a Consumer Credit Licence and a data protection licence.
