Posted - 25 January 2011 : 23:52:05 Hi Michael, in the time I worked at the IS, I was never aware of the OR claiming a computer as an asset( yours at £400, would cost more to realise than its value), plus if it's for work it can be exempt anyway.
The only time the OR will take a computer, would be to seize it as part of any investigation into misconduct.
