Posted - 30 January 2011 : 20:49:42 my exhuband avoided paying a bill saying he had an IVA, he does not, the creditor went after me and I was made bankrupt, the trustee knew about the false IVA,did not inform me, but used the IVA in letters emails witness statements at Court even when he knew it was not signed. The trustee is to evict me from my home this thursday, can I stop the eviction, what can I do ? |
