Posted - 31 January 2011 : 11:28:32 Hi i went bankrupt at the end of october ,i was told that i didnt need an IPA or an interview.He also told me he would be looking at ED for me in a few months.Every has been quiet,but to be honest it seems to good to be true!!Im worried that the new rules on I&E will effect me as i have a DI of about £30.My I&E has gone up slightly due to the increase in fuel and higher gas and electric,will i have to do another I&E before ED? What will be happening now as it just seems far to quiet for my liking!!! Thanks for your time

Posted - 31 January 2011 : 12:05:35 Everyone will now have to complete a new I & E whether they get ED or automatic discharge.
If your expenditure has gone up (as everyone's has!) I'm sure you'll be fine if you only had £30 DI.
