Posted - 31 January 2011 : 17:28:43 Hi, I wonder if you can advise me please? I am bankrupt and the period of bankruptcy ends in approximately 6 weeks. What should I expect to happen at that time? Is it normal to be asked to submit evidence of income and expenditure for the year? Thanks

I have an IPA which is scheduled to run until August 2013 which means, presumably, that my income and expenditure is subject to scrutiny until then??

it is all a bit of an anti climax really
about now the OR may wish to review your I & E.
and finalise or negate IPA.
Then it is just a matter of watching the insolvency website for your name to change from bankrupt to discharged.
No bells, whistles, flags or formal announcement
do not send anything to the OR unless they ask for the information
