Posted - 05 February 2011 : 00:25:56 Hi, 8 months ago was trading as a fast-food franchise outlet singed a 5 year contract, trade was very slow costs too high , had to cease tradeing owing money, can franchisor come after me for his money if I declare bankrupt?
