Posted - 05 February 2011 : 14:27:28 Good Day, I am having problems with question 2 (g) of the bankruptcy petition document where I am asked as to the name of the court where i am applying. I must apply at the high court in london since I have been residing outside of the uk for over 6 months, the last 6 months of which are in Russia. The question does not accommodate my response, I cannot apply at a county court so please can you advise me how to complete this question correctly so I do not throw £450 down the toilet next week.
Thanks
ps, the document i am using is from the link on this website (bankruptcyhelp.org)

Are you appearing yourself or have you appointed a Power of Attorney?
Unless you are getting a reduction because of benefits then the fees are more expensive than in a county court. Normal fees are £600.
Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.
