Posted - 08 February 2011 : 10:58:47 Hi Andy This is a position that a lot of people find themselves in. It is so hard to find the BR fees at a time when one has no money at all. As kallis3 has posted, see if you are able to get a reduction due to being on benefits or, if possible, try to plan a few months ahead and save for the fees. Good Luck

no you will not be able to pay in installments but you can save in advanc and delay court date
