Hi
I have just returned to to the UK from Thailand to tidy up my financial affairs and petition for my bankruptcy. As I have lived in Thailand for more than 3 months I realise I must petition in the High Court. I am confused by the petition form 6.27 because at 2. where you delete various bits according to where you live and what court you petition in, it does not seem to facilitate someone who is no longer resident in England and Wales but needs to petition in the High Court because they have not lived here for the greater part of 6 months...etc.
My question is which parts do I delete there. On the old form, of which I have a copy, it was more clear.
Thank you

David Jones
