Posted - 10 February 2011 : 10:52:04 I have just been scrolling back reading through various posts & one thing is still puzzling me.
If an IPA is given, does it last a TOTAL of 36 months from the date of issue. Or if a variation happens such as unemployment 12 months in, is it suspended possibly due to decreased income & then restarted when income increases?
Does that make sense?

Posted - 10 February 2011 : 11:42:52 Yes, it's 36 months from the date of your first payment, so if your 36th month is April 2014, then regardless of if it stops and starts, that will be your last payment.
