early discharge depends on area and OR
auto discharge after a year nearly automatic unless you do not cooperate with OR.
IPA yes as a previous high earner they would expect you to be looking for work of similar ilk and receive 3 yr IPA.
The amount is of no real relavance, if you cannot pay a debt of £10 when it is due you are potentially insolvent !
