Floridaholiday	Posted - 10 February 2011 : 17:04:54 Hi I have a court date of 28th February for my Bankruptcy, and am begining to get really anxious. I have filled in my forms. Does anyone know, if I have disposable income would I be allowed to keep it to buy a new car which I am desperate for as my old car is costing me a fortune and I need a decent car to get me to work and take children to school, or would they want it for an IPO. Thanks
