Posted - 15 February 2011 : 03:49:18 I made myself bankrupt back in 1999 and wirh some embarrassment I find that I am insolvent again. Will I be allowed to declare myself bankrupt again?

There should be no problems about you making yourself bankrupt a second time. It is well over 6 years since your last bankruptcy. You must bear in mind that the OR is more than likely to investigate your circumstances in more depth than the first time around and whilst early discharge is still a possibility, it is less likely.
