Posted - 15 February 2011 : 13:15:47 Hi,I went BR on 12th feb which went easier than I expected..but when I arrived home I had a letter stating that an interim charging order has been made against my home, with a final hearing in April, had I recieved this before I went to court I would have included it my soa,but I didn't. So my question is, can I tell the OR about this in my meeting with him and will he include it in the BR after he fact or will the final hearing still go ahead as I didn't include it on the day

Posted - 15 February 2011 : 20:56:53 Hi, Thanks for your replies,I did include the debt(MBNA) on the SOA but was unaware of the interim charging order at the time which was granted in Jan but the final hearing isn't until April..at the same court the BR was granted..so if I inform the OR of this will he include it. As a side note I received a letter from the land registry informing me of the charging order request and if I wish to dispute to do so in writing..do I respond or will the OR inform them. Thank you for your replies

Posted - 15 February 2011 : 18:09:34 Hi Eddy
Did you include this debt on your SOA ?
Contact the court that issued the interim charging order and inform them of your Bankruptcy.
also as Kallis says speak to OR and ask them to speak to local court
They cannot put the order on your house as the OR has claimed the interest in your house.

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.
