i'm guessing little or none, maybe £5,000 . My car has been seized by bailiffs and a solicitor has advised me to go bankrupt as the company i was a director of 3 years ago went into voluntary liquidation owing £200,000 and myself and the 2 other directors are liable joint and several for the debts. the car was only worth maybe £1,000 so the bailiffs will probably be back for out furniture etc at some point
