Hi

Going bankrupt can be daunting - the process is designed to be straightforward though. That having been said, the stresses and strains leave one feeling vulnersable and in those situations, help is very often very worthwhile.

I believe that you should seek advice form a variety of sourses and then take a view on who to use (if anyone). The firm you mention is not known to me personally, but their website appears to be bona fide

As Richard P has said - he used a firm as that was right for him. The experts that ost here are all well experienced and you can take advice by contacting them

Wish you well, Housing

Hi and thanks for your feedback. They are charging £690.00 for myself and my husband to go BR. I know you can do it yourself, but do not have the skills to do this ourselves.

well done for making the decision to go BR.

if the fee is appropriate to your cicumstances and what they offer then go for help.

good solid advice, pre planning, guidance and a years support is worth its weight in gold.

I used a specialist firm to help me with my situation, it was the right action for me. The cost was appropriate but that is between Me and my expert.

I've not heard of them.

How much are they charging you? You can petition yourself and just pay the court fees.

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.
