I am declaring bankruptcy but am having alot of trouble filling out the forms and have many queries. Can anyone recommend someone to help that doesn't cost too much? The quotes I've had so far are just way too high.

Hi Satal

some of the experts will help with the process and planning (and paperwork).

If your circumstances are complex then call one of the experts direct they should be able to help

Take your time & slowly work through the forms. I know that I found them VERY confusing in parts.

I suggest you have a read of the instructions on the insolvency website or the booklet you got from the court. Work through it a little at a time, day by day, and if you get really stuck there are always people on here that can maybe answer any questions.

Yes, they said they could not help me as I am self employed and not on benefits.
