Posted - 23 February 2011 : 01:54:24 how come a debt company wont except a monthly payment plan from me ,but they would rather pursue a charge on my property or making me bankrupt.this is a old credit card bill of 3,500 but now 5,900 with ther charges of keep going back to court.

This does sometimes happen I'm afraid. How much a month have you been offering them?
They will probably just put a charge on your house if they do anything as it will cost them too much money to make you bankrupt.
