Posted - 24 February 2011 : 21:02:00 My husband and I have seperated and are both going bankrupt. He has managed to secure alternative accomodation and I am moving back home to my parents as I cant afford to rent anywhere else on my low wage. We are letting the house get repossessed and handing keys back to lender as can no longer afford it and other debts, hence bankruptcy. My question is regarding expenses for OR when I come to complete forms. I will be paying my parents rent of £400 per month, inclusive of bills. Does this seems to high and will the OR question this amount? I have looked at 'prices' for local room shares etc and these are around the £350 mark with out bills, so would you say £400 is reasonable amount or do you think it may get questioned? Also I will be paying them cash that I will take out of my account each month, but will the OR want to see proof of this? or am I better setting up a standing order to pay rent so I then have proof? Hope somebody can help! Thanks in advance

What you could also do is ask your parents to write a short letter stating the agreement you have
