Posted - 27 February 2011 : 16:12:39 Hi Dawn
it depends on your circumstances and your needs.
speak to a couple of the experts about your whole scenario. They will be able to explain what they can do to help and costings.
once you have spoken to a couple of the experts you can then decide if you want their help or you want to progress alone.

Posted - 27 February 2011 : 15:52:07 Hi and welcome.
It depends upon the company that you use as to what the charges are. This is on top of the court fees of £600.
You can petition yourself for just the court fees and the posters on here can help you with the forms.
