The forum can help you with filling in forms, but if you feel you need someone else then checking with any of the experts on here can assist with the forms.

it depends on your circumstances and your needs.

speak to a couple of the experts about your whole scenario. They will be able to explain what they can do to help and costings.

once you have spoken to a couple of the experts you can then decide if you want their help or you want to progress alone.

Hi and welcome.

It depends upon the company that you use as to what the charges are. This is on top of the court fees of £600.

You can petition yourself for just the court fees and the posters on here can help you with the forms.
