Posted - 27 February 2011 : 20:50:38 I petitioned my own Bankruptcy in early 2009 and was subsequently discharged in Sep 2009. I was getting on with my new debt free life until recently, i have been contacted by two companies Wescot Credit Services and AIC who are chasing me for monies owed to their clients i religiously listed all creditors on my Bankruptcy petition and have not obtained any credit since the date of Bankruptcy. I,m now worried and confused Help please

Posted - 04 March 2011 : 06:16:24 i had the same problem, when i recieved a letter off debt companies after bankruptcy i just phoned them and told them they were hassling me and please update their files, it still didnt stop the letters coming but it kinda makes you feel strong inside for some reason, i phoned my court and they said keep all letters and if it continues send them in to us and we will chase it up but to be fair ive not got any now for about 9 months, hope this helps
