I was declared Bankrupt on 22 Feb 2010. Since then I was in the process of opening a basic bank account and this was sucessful. Can I continue using this freely?

Posted - 28 February 2011 : 13:49:12 If that's the case you should now be discharged and free to open any account bearing in mind your obligations to inform the banks about your BR if they ask. If on the other hand you were BR this February then I think you would be OK as long as the bank knew about you situation.
