hi

The creditor will pursue the joint borrower, once they have realised - it will not therefore be lost to the bankruptcy

Good luck Richard

Hi and welcome.

You are jointly and severally liable for any joint loans so you will be chased by the creditor and will either have to make full contractual payments or come to some sort of arrangment with them.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
