Posted - 12 March 2011 : 08:47:51 A went bankrupt on monday and have a mortgage on a property. The OR said I should get some advice on what to do with the property. The property is in negative equity and I can no longer afford it on my own. Can u please advise what I should do as I do not want to make myself homeless as I have a toddler. Many thanks

As regards your problem, the mortgage rescue scheme maybe an option, this link may help:
