The ex140 fee remission booklet is out of date adn uses terms that benefits agency have changed.
treat each form seperate (bankruptcy and fee remission)

Posted - 16 March 2011 : 09:28:05 When completing the forms put all income received into the household whether salary based or benefit based.
When the OR comes to look at your income & expenditure for 'Income Payments Order' assessment they will not include the benefit in the calaulations, but it is importnt to list them all on the forms Hope this helps, Melanie
