Posted - 19 March 2011 : 20:19:56 how much will going bankrupt cost me ? can you give me an example of a non dischargeable debt? i own a cheap car which my wife drives i also own a cheap motorcycle which only i have access to,, are either of these at risk of being seized??

Bankruptcy will cost you £600 and you need to include all of your debts although I believe that those such as CSA or court fines and student loans cannot be included.
As to what vehicles you can keep, that will be down to the OR.
