Hi You posted on my thread earlier and thankyou for your concern and best wishes (even when ur going through it with the car and stuff)its not easy. I am new on the forum but already feel that the advice and support and information is helping tremendously. Only bit of advice I can give is that you are organised... it is somthing we have focused upon before going for BR... just stick to your plan even when the wheel decides to fall off!! good luck

good luck with the move hope all goes well with everything .have you sorted out having your mail redelivered to your new address you can do that online with the post office as you are moving before doing your br i can recommend it as you will recieve letters and statements at the old address it gives you a bit of peace knowing that you are still recieving your mail to your new address then i paid for a year for the whole family and it wasnt too expensive either .
keep in touch would like to hear how the move goes x

Hi FP. I can relate to what you are saying about being organised. Im also really scared of getting any of it wrong or forgetting anything. Its become a bit of an obsession to be honest. Im not due to go BR until August as we are moving into a new hme first. Its a minefield isnt it. Bad news re the car as well - bladdy typical.

Mine's a double

thanks glafy for your reply , im only organised because im terrified of forgetting anything lol.
my husband is the next one to sort out as we couldnt afford to do our bankruptcy at the same time as we where selling our car to do it but someone decided to back into it last week and drive off so now we are left repairing the car before he can sell it to do the bankruptcy .
im only able to do mine as my mum has kindly offered to pay as shes seen what a reck i have become because of it im just keeping my fingers crossed that the car sells once it has been repaired then my husband can pay for his bankruptcy too and we can move on from this .
whats the saying when it rains it poors im my case it bloody monsoons x

Morning & well done for being so organised.

We were asked to provide a full years Bank Statements for any accounts that we still had open. Not sure if that is the same in every case though. Maybe one of the experts can give clarification to this?

We didn't list the co-op bank account on our forms but informed the OR of this account during the telephone interview & he was fine about it. I do know that others 'have' listed their co-op accounts on the forms & the OR hasn't closed them as they are aware () of the reasons for these accounts.

"Good things come to those who wait".....I'm a patient person but this is taking the Mickey!!
