Sorry if i have posted this twice not sure the first one went through!!!

I arrived at the CAB this morning to fill out my bankruptcy forms after a month of going back and forward to them. Anyway they said because of my situation ( which i have posted on the forum before...... I am married living in a house with my husband, he has the mortgage soleley in his name and I am not on the deeds. I have not contribute in any way as i have just gone back to work part time after bringing up my children. There is quite alot of equity in the home) I would have to seek advice of a solicitor or insolvency practitioner as the OR could decide I have a beneficial interest. Surely if I did get this advice and they said fine go ahead and go bankrupt they cant touch the house, it depends on the OR that I get. Can someone please give me some more concrete advice on this..

Many Thanks in advance

janie
