Posted - 24 March 2011 : 10:50:30 Hi there
I am being made bancrupt by the inland revenue and I also have about 7 other large debts. 1 of them is the child support agency arrears. Can this debt be stated at the time of when I'm made bancrupt?
Regards
Pete

Welcome to the forum.
You will need to mention the arrears to the Official Receiver but they can not be written off in the bankruptcy and will need to be repaid.
